Battery operated, quartz movement in a metal (alloy) case with a leatherette strap.   Face of watch has a playful kitty gesturing with its paw.  A mouse acts as the second hand, perpetually running in circles.  Watch features a "kitty Kat meow" by push button located above the stem crown.
